You can get only flowers, if you like!

The Flower Bar delivers only in Dubai.

Flowers are dispatched daily. For your convenience, we offer two delivery windows, from 10am–2pm and 2pm–8pm. If you order after 4pm, your order will be delivered the next day or on your nominated day.

If you’re in a hurry, you can check our Express Collection which guarantees delivery within a 2-4 hour period.

If you entered wrong address, contact details or if you want to change the message on your card, please phone or email us with the details at least 12 hours in advance and we will gladly amend your order.

If recipient is not at home at the delivery moment, our delivery company will attempt to contact the recipient and yourself. If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our shop for you to arrange an additional delivery for a fee of 25AED. You can arrange to leave flowers unattended or with a neighbor, just let us know during the confirmation of your order.

After your order will be delivered, you receive the confirmation message in WhatsApp.

RETURNS

We aim to offer a premium product and service to our clients. If you are not happy with your flower delivery, please let us know immediately by phone +971 50 535 6937 and we will work with you to resolve the situation. 

We offer 3 days guarantee for flower arrangements. If your flowers lost their freshness within 3 days from delivery day, we will take it and replace it with fresh one for free.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@theflowerbar.ae. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
